My experience with Lumberjacks was great. I had 3 different people come quote me for removal of 2 large dead/dying trees, and they were the cheapest quote. They arrived early and left very late because it was a bigger job than anticipated, but the guys knew exactly how to handle the situation and got it all taken care of safely. They cleaned up the area more than expected and even cleaned up leaves and dirt that were on my driveway that weren't part of the cutting project. I would definitely use them for any more tree needs in the future.

Our job of trimming tall oaks to improve the view of Lookout Mountain, Racoon Mountain, and Walden's Ridge was completed on time with few hiccups. The Lumberjack's crew arrived the first day and had several setbacks that caused little progress to be made. After speaking with the Lumberjacks estimator about our concerns regarding lack of progress, the next day Lumberjacks sent out a new crew to complete the job. The crew of four guys were highly professional, skilled, and diligent. They all hustled non-stop and completed the work perfectly. I was impressed with their attitude and abilities climbing 50 foot trees and trimming limbs above power lines and around houses without any incident. They managed to do their work fast, safe, and quick. I was initially concerned about the lack of progress on day 1, but impressed with Lumberjacks' willingness to make everything right again and get the job done exactly right. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

They called me back after I accidentally hung up before talking to anyone. Tyler rocked the assessment process and turned crews around to come help me. The crew was exceptionally professional and polite. I’m very grateful and appreciative for the service they provided. 5 stars!

We are very happy with Lumberjacks service. We have used their services before and have never been disappointed. They arrive on time and sometimes even early. They call and make sure we are home or that it is okay to come. They clean up so well you would never know they had been here. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. We will continue to use their services if needed in the future.

I highly recommened Lumberjacks for any tree work. Johnathan Hull came out to give me an estimate. He is a great guy so ask for him. On the crew that came out,Zach was the crane operator. All of the guys were polite and did an excellent job for a fair price. I have used 2 other tree companies in the past and they did not take the extra d steps that Lumberjacks did to protect my property with their heavy equipment. They used a crane and bucket truck to complete my tree work. I will never use any other tree service again. They were on time for the scheduled estimate and tree cutting.

I am not going to bother typing out the pain that has been interacting with this company. Every person, from Tyler the owner, to Kyle the lumberjack, to the people answering the phones (I think Julie) have all been very friendly and personable. I know this because I have had to have multiple conversations with each of them trying to get them to just do what they told me they would do. Arrives late, doesn't give follow-up calls, and the amount of times I have had to call in chasing someone down is absurd.
I was hoping to be free of them, but their stump grinders are now 35 minutes late, so now I get to give my favorite lumberjacks a call again on Monday to see why they dropped the ball again and when we can reschedule.
I would say never work with this company, but from the sound of it we rarely get to choose. These lovely people get thrust upon us and we just have to work to get past them.
Do what you can to avoid them, and sorry if you get stuck with them like me.

Kyle and his Blue Crew just finished up a 1 1/2 days of work for us. They were fantastic. They arrived on time and they worked. We had some very tall pines and a few other misc trees along a concrete driveway that we were concerned about causing damage. They trimmed the trees and cut them down with precision and their clean up work is impressive. I highly recommend this crew to anyone needing tree work.

The team was incredibly kind and knowledgable. They showed up promptly when they said that they would and took care of a massive tree directly next to my house with no problems. They also cleared everything out and got all of the leaves and wood shavings off of my driveway and sidewalk. It looks better than it did when they got here! Highly recommend this team!

Great communication, timely and professional. From first contact to job completion the team were absolute professionals. One would not even know they had been there except the two dead trees are gone. They did excellent site cleanup. I would definitely use them again for tree removal.

I am very pleased with the GREAT SERVICE I received from the first visit to get an estimate to the final result. My husband died August 2025, these gentleman went above and beyond to help me with the removal of 4 trees. I needed firewood and they cut the big oak into firewood pieces and put right by my barn and wood splitter! So kind. I recommend them highly!! Price was very reasonable lower than I expected. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Recommended to my neighbors.

I've been very impressed with the folks at Lumberjacks from the beginning. Always very helpful and friendly. I was not home when they came to remove three dead trees from my yard but my wife was. She was very impressed with their professionalism in doing the work and in her interaction with them in person.
They explained in clear detail what they were going to do and made her feel very comfortable with the process. They were able to come even before their scheduled day and time as they finished a job early and had a window of opportunity to get our job completed. All in all, a very good experience.
We did not have a huge job but I've seen their other work and they are able to tackle HUGE jobs with their crews and equipment.

We’re tremendously pleased with the work you guys did for us. Our property is beautiful once again. I believe we got our moneys worth and you lived up to your estimate! I would recommend you to anyone. The crew was polite and updated us as they moved along. The fact you are arborists as well as “lumberjacks” means tremendous care was taken in saving and pruning some delicate trees and shrubs. Thanks for everything!

This is the second time I’ve hired Lumberjacks and I am still impressed with their work. This time I had them cut out some bamboo that had begun to take over our yard and clear some brush. They do what you have ordered and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them!

Great service and immediate response. A very large red oak tree fail in my yard, Once I called Lumber Jack the work was started the same day. The team was excellent and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. It took two days because of the amount of work needed to be done. They not only cut down the tree but also removed it.
